What makes our bagels so special?

Our bagels are made fresh every morning right before we open and we continue to bake throughout the day to meet demand. When crafting our dough, we only use fresh ingredients and mix everything together by hand. Once the dough is ready, we give it a short boil before baking to give it a perfectly thick and chewy crust with a golden color.
