Barista – Part Time

About the Job

We are looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals who thrive on helping others and share a passion for coffee. We take pride in our quality of service and involvement on UCSD’s campus and look forward to having others who share that vision join our team.

Your Role – As a barista with BCB, you will be the customer-facing part of our organization.

• Greet and assist all customers, providing them with an excellent experience
• Create outstanding coffee, tea, and smoothie beverages
• Prepare and serve food items
• Maintain a clean and organized working environments
• Adhere to all health and safety codes
• Follow register policies
• Opening / Closing responsibilities

UCSD Position Requirements

• If hired, be available before classes begin for training
• Be able to commit to at least 12 hours per week (3 shifts)
