We make New York style bagels in sunny San Diego! This city is full of surf, sun, and vibrant people – not to mention the incredible community. We are so proud to be a part of the overall San Diego community, but more specifically Hillcrest, San Diego State University, and the San Diego International Airport. For each of our three locations, we shop local! Here is a guide into where we get all of our fresh ingredients:

1. Café Moto

Let’s get caffeinated! We are so proud to partner with Café Moto and use their coffee beans for our specialty drinks. Not only does their coffee taste delicious, but we also love how they are an eco-friendly company. They pride themselves on being a fair-trade, organic, and environmentally mindful company.

2. Coronado’s Gluten Free Pantry

Yes, we offer gluten-free plain and everything bagels! It took us a while to discover the perfect gluten-free dough recipe, until we stumbled upon Coronado’s Gluten Free Pantry. This quaint, Coronado-based business makes gluten-free baked goods that taste incredible. We are so happy to work with Coronado’s Gluten Free Pantry to have the best tasting gluten-free bagels for our customers.

3. Bread and Cie

If you aren’t a bagel person, that’s OK! We buy premium bread from Bread and Cie to create delicious sandwiches and melts. The quality of their bread is fantastic! Each loaf is hand-made from ancient artisan techniques and baked in a stone-hearth oven. You have to try one of our signature sandwiches on their craft bread. View our full menu here.

Shopping local is so important to us. We have incredible relationships with all of our vendors. If you are looking for wholesale bagels in San Diego, we bake, slice, bag, and deliver fresh bagels to wholesale customers. Contact us if you want to become a BCB wholesale partner! We look forward to hearing from you.
